FIT & FLEX YOGA / FOR BEGINNERS

Fit & Flex Yoga is a fitness-based practice. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, if you´ve never done Yoga, my intention to you with this classes is to relieve fear, will both challenge and support you. It has many qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. Fit your body and mind.


FLOW VINYASA YOGA / FOR YOGA PRACTITIONERS

Flow Vinyasa is a dynamic sequence to built body strength through one Asana (posture) to the next. Flow Vinyasa will give you more awareness of your body and its natural movements, the breath plays an important roll to increase blood oxygen, and help you to release the attention from the sound that the mind creates, to relieve anxiety.


RESTORATIVE YOGA 101 / to treat or IMPROVE A SPECIFIC physical PAIN

A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you reach a deeply relax and rest in the Asana. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle back-bends. Most restorative practices are based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar.


SUP YOGA 101 IN YOUR POOL (Stand Up Paddle full equipment provided)

A dynamical Yoga class on a paddle board, will support you creating more balance, streght and tonifies your body in less time. Enjoying a class under the morning sunrise or with the energy of a magic sunset combined Yoga and water.
